    • i wasn’t the only massive person on that table their was some bigger people than me on that table.i was just the one that only used that thing for last round just my luck. ghd all the way for next time

  6. I thoroughly enjoyed this mornings skills session. Make sure you all get in and learn better technique without having to worry about the clock. Awesome active recovery 🙂
    And Lisa, I must say you are really starting to look more athletic now – I see muscles!!! Keep up the great work. You can really see the results of your efforts. Good job girl 🙂

  7. Hahaha thanks Megan! After 4 wks of crossfit I am starting to feel a difference and I’m happy if it’s starting to show! I just said to my hubby this morning I was sore in my mid-section, I must have at least 1 AB muscle in there after all!!! 🙂

  9. definitely a good idea to get a whole session devoted to skills, much to the annoyance of the little voice in your head that tells you you’re being a slack arse ! thanks for the tips Mick, I’m keen to start using my new kettlebell swings in a workout soon !

  10. No rest day for me Michael I did a 2.5km bike ride, a 1.5km row and a 1km run – time 17.07

  12. Awesome Mick! Loved the session and all the useful tips you gave us. It was good watching each other in the movements as well. Look forward to seeing the results we will get from these sessions.
