I thoroughly enjoyed this mornings skills session. Make sure you all get in and learn better technique without having to worry about the clock. Awesome active recovery 🙂
And Lisa, I must say you are really starting to look more athletic now – I see muscles!!! Keep up the great work. You can really see the results of your efforts. Good job girl 🙂

Hahaha thanks Megan! After 4 wks of crossfit I am starting to feel a difference and I’m happy if it’s starting to show! I just said to my hubby this morning I was sore in my mid-section, I must have at least 1 AB muscle in there after all!!! 🙂

definitely a good idea to get a whole session devoted to skills, much to the annoyance of the little voice in your head that tells you you’re being a slack arse ! thanks for the tips Mick, I’m keen to start using my new kettlebell swings in a workout soon !
No rest day for me Michael I did a 2.5km bike ride, a 1.5km row and a 1km run – time 17.07

Just want to say a big thank you to all the people that came in today and let me share some different skills and drills with you. Seen a lot of improvement with everyone from my end. Thanks for the kind words and really hope you all took something away from the sessions.
