18 Pull-ups
100kg (75kg) Deadlift, 5 reps
18 Toes-to-bar
70kg (50kg) Push jerk, 5 reps
18 Hand-release push-ups

U.S. Marine Corps Lance Corporal Philip P. Clark, 19, of Gainesville, Florida, assigned to 1st Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, based in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, died on May 18, 2010, while supporting combat operations in Helmand province, Afghanistan. He is survived by his wife, Ashton, father Mike and stepmother Tammy, mother Rosmari Kruger, and brothers Tyler, Kyle and Ryan Nordyke.

  2. Hands are so ripped after nottapi ping up yesterday (only read the warning from Larns tonight) bit late. I should have known better but this just makes tomorrows WOD so painful!!!! Ch … Ch … Cherry…., we will see tomorrow!!

    Good luck to all, can’t say I wish I was doing this one but it would have been great to see everyone having a go! will be with you in spirit evening crew! Going away for the weekend armed with a few WODS from Mick. Happy long weekend everyone!!!!

    • I did it modified Michelle and even like that it was an excellent WOD I was spewing not to do it properly. I’m always smiling when you are in the room can’t wait to see you next week slamming those WODs out have a great weekend !!

  10. Completed my workout for today-started with a 3km row followed by 5 rounds of 200m row and a 200m sprint – time 17.21
