Yeh was a great session lads and amongst everything else chin ups are always there… A big weakness for myself so will definitely need to put the technique into practice. Cheers again
The session was really helpful for me. I took away some pointers that I am trying to use in Wods. Also was good to have movements to practice on my own. Thanks 🙂
