  3. Yeh was a great session lads and amongst everything else chin ups are always there… A big weakness for myself so will definitely need to put the technique into practice. Cheers again

  6. Cracking 6pm session guys, was loving the atmosphere! Big improvements in lifts today, thanks for everyone for taking onboard what I was saying about only counting quality lifts

    Big shout out to Cian at the 9.15, first time I’ve seen some mongrel in ya mate, am very proud of how far you’ve come!
