For time:
70kg (47.5kg), Squat Clean and Jerk, 30 reps

The barbell goes from ground to overhead, passing through a front squat in which the crease of the hip passes below the height of the kneecap. The finish position is with the arms, hips and knees fully extended, arms overhead, with at least a portion of the ear visible in front of the arm.

  7. Bit of strength for me today;
    Front Squat 3-3-3-3
    managed to hit 75kg which is a pb for 3 for me.
    It’s so hard to be motivated in the garage with my poor corolla banged up behind me hahah so it was a mental win for me today!

  8. My workout for today-started with a 2km warmup on the bike and then 400m row and a 200 m sprint by 5 with a 30 sec rest between sets – time 22.03
