In pairs complete the following,

As many rounds as possible in 30mins of:
Run 50m
5 Burpees
10 Kettlebell swings, 24kg (16kg)
2 Muscle-ups

Alternate rounds with your partner.

-Rx’d+ = 32kg (24kg)/ Strict muscle-ups
