As an individual or in teams of 2 complete:
Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
20 Burpees
200m Farmers Carry 2x24kg (2x16kg) Kettlebells
If completing in a team of 2 both athletes complete the run and burpees in full, the farmers carry must be shared evenly e.g. 100m each, the kettlebells are not to touch the ground or both athletes will be made to start the required 200m again. Both athletes will work at the same time for the first 2 stations then share the distance evenly for the farmers carry. There may be a slight twist to the WOD also 🙂 Feel free to choose your team mate for the day if not we will help you.

Thanks Lisa. I had Bonney cracking the whip, so I had to keep up!!! Everyone did well this morning in that heat and humidity – with no breeze to cool you down! The stretching after was well needed too 🙂
