Happy birthday grant. Didn’t finish work until late so took rest day yesterday . Today’s wod tabta subed pull ups for burpees as sholder is playing up. 51 reps.

Didn’t get in today, body is hammered from big work days and wods, having a couple of rest days before Wodstock.
Mick this week is a right off, I was lazy Mon and didn’t go in, and today my only day I could my hair dresser was running 45min late!!! I am def on board for 30 days, I forgot to give brenno money for it. Can I give it to you on Monday please?

Did wod with crossfit yeppoon coach at bwater.
7 sets of 5 100 kg backsquats then
On the minute for 10 minutes 3 snatch 50 kg 3 strict pull-ups, the on the minute for 10 minutes 75kg power cleans.
Couldnt make it in today so i did 7km run for time 😉 got 32:06
