Thanks to everyone who turned out for our Christmas party at the Mooloolaba bowls club, an unreal night had by everyone 🙂
Choose one of the following:
4 Rounds each for time of:
Bike 1.6km
Run 800m
Row 800m
Rest as needed between efforts. Use a stationary bike or find 1-mile course to repeat each round.
Post times for each effort to comments.
