Team WOD, Saturday 13/02/2016

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MICKY BRYANT AND DEB FOR SATURDAY AND TO NAOMI AKA “NORMAN” FOR SUNDAY!!

Divide the class into two teams and perform the following,

For time:
Sled 400m, 20kg (10kg)
400 Synced Kettlebell swings, 24kg (16kg)
Sled 300m
300 Synced Sit-ups
Sled 200m
200 Synced Hand released push-ups
Sled 100m
100 Synced Alternating dumbbell snatch, 25kg (20kg)

-Within your team you will partner up with someone with roughly the same ability as yourself.
-With your partner, your synced reps only will count towards the teams accumulated total.
-One rep completed together counts for one team rep.
-If the rep is not in sync it can NOT be accumulated towards or be counted as a rep, both athletes will have to complete the rep together at the same time through the full range of motion for it to count.
