2 Clean and jerk, 25kg (20kg) dumbbells
4 x 100-meter shuttle sprint
4 Clean and jerk, 25kg (20kg) dumbbells
6 x 100-meter shuttle sprint
6 Clean and jerk, 25kg (20kg) dumbbells
8 x 100-meter shuttle sprint
8 Clean and jerk, 25kg (20kg) dumbbells
10 x 100-meter shuttle sprint
10 Clean and jerk, 25kg (20kg) dumbbells
12 x 100-meter shuttle sprint
12 Clean and jerk, 25kg (20kg) dumbbells
14 x 100-meter shuttle sprint
14 Clean and jerk, 25kg (20kg) dumbbells
16 x 100-meter shuttle sprint

-Reps and distance is accumulated by the team.
-Reps and distance do not have to be evenly distributed.
-One athlete works at once on the DB’s but everyone works at once on the run.
-The team can NOT progress to the next station until current station is completed.
