  1. A HUGE Thankyou to Everyone who came out to Support Sue, Suzie and Myself!! Had an absolute blast!! Certainly not an Event for a Big Dog but it is a testiment to CrossFit for being the fitness foundation for any athletic competition. To Sue and Suz, You girls were inspirational!! Sue you certainly settled my nerves when I saw you round the bike transition 30 minutes before my start with a HUGE grin on your face!! An Awesome Experience and a Fun Day!! Now Bring On the CF Games!!! 🙂

  2. Congrats to Smokin sue and suz on your triathlon great effort guys. Yesterday’s work Mod 8.25 . Some one has brought a little home gym bar to the work gym with 30kgs of weight looks like it came from the dump shop but done the job. 30kg hang power snatch for techque .

  10. Today’s work wod strength . Deadlifts 5-5-5 bench press 5-3-1 going to the today’s rest day tomorrow and do Fran when I get home.
