1. Tuesdays work wod. Death by pull up. 16 rounds .

2. Won’t be in until Thursday, as I had an EPIC ankle roll on the weekend! And the worst part; I wasn’t even at normal Dalski drunkness so it isn’t even a good story (Mull even has my back on this one).

   Yesterday I did a 3km one-legged row, kettle bell snatch, shoulder press 10s and bench press 10s.

   Today I will do something similar. See you tomorrow!
