What a great morning crossfit and swimming with some awesome people Shelby,Casey, Grant,Chase and Cliff we just missed Paul G but he had already swam a marathon;) Thanks for the tips Grant I appreciate your help and will put into practice next week with my new scaling pool option;)

  8. Long walk along the beach today..now my legs are as sore as my arms! Photo says “Mims a winner”.

  9. Went for a board paddle this morning. 3 times firm out to the nets and back and then one swim run board run.
