Team WOD, Friday 27/11/2015

One year ago to the day Australia lost one of it’s sporting heroes in Phillip Hughes. Make sure you get in for something a little different and to pay your respects for this little Aussie battler.

“Hughesy”

In teams of 2-3 complete,

As many rounds as possible in 27 mins of:
25 Split Jerk, 60kg (42.5kg)
26m Sled Push or Pull, 80kg (60kg)
26 Back Squats 60kg (42.5kg)
63 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24″ (20″)
160 Double Unders

-One bar, select one team load. Weight can NOT be changed.
-Only one person works at one time except sleds which can be shared.
-Reps do NOT have to be evenly distributed but same rotation must occur.
-Only one athlete completes the row station each round, it must rotate each round thereafter.
-Score is total reps completed, on the row/sled stations 1m = 1 rep.
