In teams of 2-3 complete:

For time:
1.6km run
50 Back squats, 60kg (42.5kg)
100 Push-ups
150 Double-unders
50 Split jerk, 60kg (42.5kg)
100 box jump overs, 24″ (20″)

-All athletes complete the run.
-Bar taken from the deck.
-Accumulate reps however between your team.
-One bar, one load.
