In pairs complete the following,
Ascending ladder in 13mins of:
1 Deadlift, 100kg (75kg)
1 Burpee over the bar
2 Burpees over the bar
3 Burpees over the bar
Continue sequence for the time allocated.
One athlete completes the reps for the DL & burpee before changing over e.g. athlete 1 completes 1 DL and 1 burpee before changing with athlete two who then completes 1 DL & 1 Burpee. The next round both athletes complete 2 DL & 2 Burpees and so on. Only one team member can work at one time and must complete that rep round by themselves before tagging in their partner. Only one bar and load per team.
