The 7.30 report hitting up Merv’s “wife stretch”!!

In teams of 2 complete the following:

For time:
100 Kettlebell swings, 24kg (16kg) whilst partner hangs from the bar.
80 Burpees whilst partner holds push-up bridge position.
60 Toes to bar whilst partner holds 20kg (15kg) plate overhead.
40 Dumbbell snatch, 20kg (15kg) whilst partner runs 50m shuttle.
20 Bar muscle-ups whilst partner holds L-sit hold in the rings.

-Team reps can only be accumulated whilst hangs, holds or run is being completed.
-Reps can be broken up however.
