“Partner WOD”
AMRAP in 7mins of:
2 Hang power snatch each, 40kg (30kg)
4 Hang power snatch each
6 Hang power snatch each
etc.
Rest 3mins
For time:
800m Farmers carry, 2x24kg (2x16kg)
100 Burpee pull-ups
400m walking lunge
-Kettlebells are NOT to make contact with the ground, if they do you a 100m team penalty will occur (go back 100m from the finish line).
-Accumulate reps and distance however between you and your team mate.
