In teams of 2-3 complete the following,
800m Farmers carry, 2x24kg (2x16kg) kettlebells
100 Overhead plate lunges, 20kg (10kg)
100 Strict pull-ups
100 Toes through rings
400m Buddy carry
-Only one athlete works at one time.
-Partition reps how you like, the team must keep same rotation throughout the WOD.
