  3. The organic store was right where you said Karen. Top of Buderim opposite the tavern, really easy to find thanks to te huge sign out the front.

  6. Hey guys I was hoping to get in at least once this week but have been sick all week. Back at work 2 days and off sick – not a real good return to work. I have some type of chesty thing which makes me cough all day and night and makes it very hard to breathe so I dont think crossfit is the place for me to be.

    Hopefully will be feeling on top of the world next week and be back into it again. By the way Nick that is some awesome looking jump. Good on you – it must be all the tiling.
