  4. Holy shit balls – I’ve just looked at the time its taken Lauren and Jayden (Hey Jayden welcome back mate!) ANYWAYSSSSSSS! Im shitting myself – how the friggin hell can I run in this state – Zanki is in bed snoring his head off – I haven’t slept a wink thinking about this WOD all night – and Albert has taken my car with my runners in it, and on top of that I’m suppose to last over 26.52 mins – give me a break will ya!

    • haaaaaa, just think when you are on your 3rd 800m run all that booze will be messing with your head and you will be feelin like s*@t……but don’t worry I am sure that you will be able to do it your a fit little bugger…Hope Albert doesn’t bail on this one….:-)

    Tanya and I have just come back from the resort gym down stairs. We put a little touch of Crossfit in it!! Here’s a little wod we like to call:

    “Smanners”

    20 Burpees
    20 Situps
    20 Pushups
    20 Squats
    20 D.B. Cleans

    3 rounds for time.

    Smokin : 20.55 (2x16kg)
    Tanners : 25.30 (2x10kg)

    • Oops, totally forgot to put in:
      400 M run on the end of each round.
      Stupid!! 😉
