5 Strict Pull-ups
7 Kipping Pull-ups

  1. 4 days of training out of 5 this week!

    Yesterday I did ring pulls, kb swings and chest press. Then in the arvo I had to take the long distance school representative kids for running training! They damn near killed me!

    This morning I could barely move (lack of training really showing!) But I did bridge holds, kb snatches and shoulder press.

    Going to Townsville this arvo for overnighter so I will take a rest day.

  2. Onya Dal, as tough as it is to train by yourself, keep it going and just keep moving. It doesn’t always have to be 100% to get results champ. It’s awesome for us all to see your posts so keep them coming mate 🙂
