A) 10mins to set May goals, your goals should be:
-Specific
-Realistic
-Achievable
*Bring them into the gym with you.
B) Four rounds for time of:
10 Squat snatches, 35kg (25kg)
30-Second chin-over-bar hold
10 Squat snatches
60-second plank hold
Post load and time to comments.
WOD: 10 rounds of-
5 strict pull ups
10 push ups
20 sit ups
