Perform your best effort for each of the following:

Rest 3mins
3RM Weighted dip
Rest 3mins
1RM Weighted dip
Rest 3mins
5RM Weighted pull-up
Rest 3mins
3RM Weighted pull-up
Rest 3mins
1RM Weighted pull-up

Nominate loads/attempts for each before starting then storm your way through. You will only get one attempt per set so choose your efforts carefully.
