Incrementing Snatch ladder:
10-1 reps

-Increment load as the reps decrease.
-If a set is failed it will count as failed, lower weight and move to the next set.
-Ten total scores eg. 15kg-17.5kg-20kg-22.5kg-25kg-27.5kg-30kg-32.5kg-35kg-37.5kg.

Post loads for each set to comments.
