30-25-20-15-10 reps of:
Wallball shots, 10kg (6kg)
15-12-9-6-3 reps of:
Deadlift, 90kg (60kg)
50 Double unders then 30 Wallball shots then 15 Deadlifts
40 Double unders, 25 Wallball shots, 12 Deadlifts
30 Double unders, 20 Wallball shots, 9 Deadlifts
and so on…
-If scaling WOD scale the loads.
