Well done to our WODSTOCKERS!!
In pairs complete the following,
5 Rounds for time of:
400m Sandbag run, 25kg (15kg)
10 Front squats, 60kg (42.5kg)
200m Farmers carry, 2x24kg (2x16kg) kettlebells
30 Alternating deadball lunges, 35kg (25kg)
-One bag, bar, set of bells and ball per team.
-Only one athlete works at one time.
-Break reps down however between team members.
