  4. I read the board wrong and spent the first four rounds counting out 30 reps on the bell

  5. Myself and bianca completed a team wod at reps fitness red lynch.
    Three rounds for time : 6 x 30 meter farmer carry 30kg, 30 push press 40kg, 30 front squats 40kg, 30 sit-ups, 30 pull ups, time 22:33.

  6. Hey guys, couldnt force myself out of bed at 7:30 so i just hit up a 1k run 50 push ups and 50 situps took me 16:25
