WOD Saturday 29/11/2014

A Reminder we will only run the two sessions today, 6am and 7.30am. This workout will be dedicated to Phillip Hughes who was tragically killed from the result of a blow to the neck in a cricket match this week. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the little champ, his family and Shaun Abbott. RIP Hughesy!!

“HUGHESY”

In teams of 2 or 3 complete:

As many rounds as possible in 27mins of:
25 Split jerk, 60kg (42.5kg)
26m Sled push or pull, 80kg (60kg)
27 Back Squats 60kg (42.5kg)
63 Burpee box jump overs, 24″ (20″)
160 Double Unders
408m Row

-One bar, select one team load. Weight can NOT be changed.
-Only one person works at one time except sleds which can be shared.
-Reps to NOT have to be evenly distributed but same rotation must occur.
-Only one athlete completes the row station each round, it must rotate each round thereafter.
-Score is total reps completed, on the row/sled stations 1m = 1 rep.
