  5. Couldn’t make it in today due to work.

    Did a workout at Goodlife:

    100 Calories on BIKE level 10
    100 Calorie ROW
    50 Calories on BIKE level 10
    50 Calorie ROW
    25 Calories on BIKE level 10
    25 Calorie ROW

    THEN

    Deadlift 5s
    60 – 80kg (So stoked with that as I got to that weight with hardly any pain!)

    Weighted Pullup hold over bar (5kg dumbbell) x 3

    Strict pullup 1s: unassisted – 10kg

    Should be able to make it to 6am tomorrow 🙂

  6. Late finish today, so I couldn’t get in. I modified to 15 strict press (20kg) instead of the handstand walk.
    7+4
