WOD Thursday 16/06/2016

A) 17mins to find your 4RM:
Snatch

-Reps do NOT have to be touch and go.
-Inexperienced athletes complete power snatch.

B) 3 Rounds for time of (16min cap):
8 Split snatch, 42.5kg (30kg)
7 Bar muscle-ups
6 Burpees

-Only experienced athletes complete the snatch as a split, others will stick with a power snatch.
