A REMINDER THAT THE GYM WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE USUAL TIMETABLE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY FOR THE ROWATHON. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO INVITE YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY DOWN TO CHEER ON THE 7 TEAMS, DONATE SOME DOLLARS AND HAVE A FEED WITH US!!
A) 3 strict max rep round efforts of:
-Move immediately to the ring rows after completing the HSPU.
-Rest precisely 3mins between rounds.
B) In teams of 3 complete amreps as possible in 10mins of:
Station 1: 40 Double unders (Pace setter)
Station 2: Ring dips, (max reps)
Station 3: Chest to bar pull-ups, (max reps)
-The pacesetter controls the tempo, team mates work max reps on station 2 and 3 until 40 double unders are completed by athlete 1. Athletes will then rotate to the next station and maintain the same sequence until the time is completed. Score in this WOD will be total reps of each individual station.
