For time:
Run 800m forwards
4 Legless rope climbs, 15ft
16 One arm overhead lunge (Right), 24kg (16kg) kettlebell
66 Toes to bar
16 One arm overhead lunge (Left)
4 Legless rope climbs
Run 400m backwards
