In pairs complete the following:

As many rounds as possible in 12mins of:
10 Kettlebell swings, 24kg (16kg)
10 Toes to bar
10 Push-ups

Rest 2mins then,

As many rounds as possible in 8mins of:
21 Wallball shots, 10kg (6kg)
7 Burpee pull-ups

Rest 1min then,

As many rounds as possible in 4mins of:
6 Burpees

-Alternate rounds with your partner.
