  1. Well done to the 5amers today. Was great watching everyone lifting some awesome weights and smashing out some PBs.

    But a special mention to Kylie Hager who underestimated and surprised herself with great PB. Don’t doubt yourself. See, you CAN do it!!!! Well done. 🙂

  2. Young Jacko slept in this morning so I did a home wod :). Used my 20kg bar and did front squats – (no racks and can’t press yet ). 3’s x 10 sets. Did 20 DU’s between each set
