“Fight Gone Bad!”

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 10kg (6kg) ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 35kg (25kg) (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 35kg (25kg) (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

  2. Some great efforts tonight, to see Norm goin rxd for the first time, also all the others who went rx and had a crack it was great to see. Great to see Suz and Jess back amongst it and a top effort by Jess blowing out the Christmas cheer with a spew in the garden out front.

    Was great to have our old mate Tommy Glynn back in for a WOD, we’ve missed ya big dog 😉
