A packed 6am yesterday hitting it hard!!
A) 20mins to find your 1RM:
Overhead squat
-From the racks.
Then,
B) In teams of 2-3 complete,
Row for max distance in 12mins
-Even minutes for each team member.
Post load and total team distance completed to comments.
Loz, you’re on fire woman. You could’ve gone more than 50kg, and even that was a 7.5 kg PB!!! Congrats. 🙂
