  2. Well done to Julian for giving it a red hot go after being off sick for almost 3 weeks.. Probably shouldn’t have done the 50’s but he got there in the end! So nice to be WOD-ing along side him again 🙂

  3. Yeah a shout out to Julian, never easy coming back from Illness but you did it mate. A bloody awesome effort to get the 50’s done mate 😉

    • He might be off for another couple of weeks after that.. I think he’s still recovering tonight ha ha

  4. Ha! I just figured out why my time was slower than i expected – used the 16kg KB. I had to pick two 12’s up trying to find a 16 . Haha!

    • I also had the very special moment today as I picked up the 24kg kettle bell hence a slower time to bahahahahahahaha

  6. Thanks for the dedication Karen..! Down in Sydney until the weekend but hitting it in the gym with my son.. Couldn’t attempt the daily WOD as getting rehab done on my shoulder by my old therapist. Sent me for an MRI as he reckons my bicep tendon is still not good so no arm work for a while until I get it sorted. Find out tomorrow exactly what is going on.

    Instead did 5 sets of (8 backsquats at 80kg and 10 x 30in box jumps).
    Looked like some awesome times today on a tough workout….Well done guys…!
