Three rounds for time of:
500m Farmers, 2x24kg (2x16kg)
30 Burpee pull-ups
20 Back squats, 60kg (42.5kg)
10 Thrusters, 60kg (42.5kg)
-One bar, one load.
-Bar is taken from the deck.
-Partition reps however you like.
