10 Burpee pull-ups
10 Kettlebell swings, 32kg (24kg)
10 Wallball shots, 10kg (6kg)

  1. Today’s hotel wod. Run 400 treadmill 10 burpees 10 push ups 10 dumbbell swings@22kg 10 dumbbell goblet squats to press 22 kg dumbbell 5 rounds. Then weights.
