As many rounds as possible in 20mins of:
10 Burpee pull-ups
10 Kettlebell swings, 32kg (24kg)
10 Wallball shots, 10kg (6kg)
Post loads, rounds and reps to comments.

Today’s hotel wod. Run 400 treadmill 10 burpees 10 push ups 10 dumbbell swings@22kg 10 dumbbell goblet squats to press 22 kg dumbbell 5 rounds. Then weights.
