“Team Whitten”

Individually or in a team of 2 complete the following,

5 Rounds for time of:
22 Kettlebell swings, 32kg (24kg)
22 Box jumps, 24″ (20″)
22 Burpees
22 Wallball shots, 10kg (6kg)

-Only one athlete works at one time.
-Distribute reps however between team members.

  1. Happy birthday Homesy. Did a WOD today at Joes Basecamp Garage in Sydney.

    A) 5 mins to find 5RM deadlift then
    B) with 5RM weight
    3 rounds of 4-3-2-2-2-1 deadlifts 15 sec rest between sets and 2 min rest between rounds.
    C) 2 km row at 70%

    Was a bit different apparently B and C weren’t for time “as if” and got 115kg for A & B.
