Bianca and I completed Helen at home today.
Bianca 9:34rxd and Pete 9:56rxd.
I (Pete) did a 5sec Pb and had to use 2 x 12 kg kettlebells which made it a little more challenging!

And a big shout out to pauly for building our pull-up rig!!

I did a Simulated Caloundra Tri in anticipation for this coming weekends QLD Tri Series Event. I used the resort pool and gym facilities.
