A) 18mins to find your 3RM: Strict press -Bar taken from the deck. B) For max reps: 5mins: Burpee Pull-up 5mins: Push press, 52.5kg (37.5kg) -There is no rest between stations. Post loads and total reps completed for each station to comments.

“Partner WOD” 3 Rounds for time: 30 Hang power cleans, 60kg (42.5kg) 60 Push-ups 6 Rope Ascents, (15ft) -One bar, one load per team. -Partition reps however between team members. Post load and team time to comments.

Snatch 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2 -Reps do NOT have to be touch and go. Post all ten working loads to comments.
