In Teams of 3 Complete:
100 Clean and Jerk 70kg (45kg)
In this WOD 2 athletes will start on the Clean and Jerk and 1 athlete on the 300m Run who is the Pacesetter. The 2 Athletes completing C&J reps will complete as many reps as possible rotating in any way of preference until pacesetter (300m Runner) returns in which one person will rotate and now become the pacesetter. This sequence will repeat until all 100 C&J Reps are complete. The 2 athletes performing Clean and Jerk Reps will both be stopped on every 3rd minute (eg. 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12min…..) and complete 10 Kettlebell Swings 24kg (16kg) each, once completed they can then move back to C&J station and continue. Athletes will only have 1 Bar and 1 Kettlebell for the team and a team time will be called when all athletes have completed all reps/runs required and all hold the bar in a steady locked out Overhead position!!
