  2. Hey guys if your climbing the rope today you may want to wear old shoes as the rope may wreak the sole of your shoe. Also tape on your hands may be an idea as well.

    • Ha ha Lauren – yeah was going good until half way through I felt something weird then pins n needles straight down the arms and hands went numb so couldn’t grip anything – disappointing as was enjoying the climbs – I did it the way Nick demo’d – so a bit different from what we did – but still got up it! I’m learning slowly to work through what my body can n can’t do and I knew this morning – STOP! I enjoyed it anyways. See ya later.

  6. Hey guys, because we only have 2 ropes the 5 30 session might get a bit crowded.
    So from 4-30 to 6-30 i will be running heats constantly so it spaces it out a bit more and more people can use the ropes.

      Your one in a million, so disappointed I wont be there cos I am sure I would have been first to the very top of that rope.
      Will be back next week – will you still be around Nick – I have missed you so much! Seeing as you are now a godfather to Wil, I imagine you will be spending more time in Caloundra, doing the mentoring thing!

      • Michelle, im very devastated that i will not get to see you climb that rope, as im sure you would have smoked it!
        i leave on monday afternoon michelle so unfortunately we will not get to see eachother!
        i am taking my godfather role very seriously, i will talk to my wilbur every night and give him great words of advice michelle!
