“Holbrook”

Ten rounds, each round for time:
50kg (35kg) Thruster, 5 reps
10 Pull-ups
100 meter Sprint

US Army Captain Jason Holbrook, 28, of Burnet, TX, assigned to 1st Battalion, 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne), based out of Fort Bragg, NC, was killed on July 29th, 2010 in Tsagay, Afghanistan when insurgents attacked his vehicle with an improvised explosive device.

He is survived by his wife Heather Holbrook and his parents Joan and James Holbrook.

  4. i love it when you get abusive scottie t cant wait to train with u next its guna be epic .i cant wait ill curse and carry on with u bro.lol smokin rest recovery ice and heat on that wrist . invest in some wrist bands asap. chuffed to bits with my double wod catch up day today pumped out the morning wod ,under ten minutes then to backed it up with (3) 90 kg squats a pb by 10 kilos in the arvo session. im so proud of my self
