  4. I found this hard lumpy thing on my arm this morning..Im not quite sure what it is..could it be?? no..maybe..is it..a muscle..NOOOO cant be, Ive never had one of those in my life!!!! It maybe small but it is there..whoo hooo…

    I feel like Im not getting very far when I do my workout, but my body is certianly telling me otherwise! LOVIN CROSSFIT..and I must say I love the Morning Crew..You guys are awesome!!!( I’ll let you feel my little muscle in the morning if you guys want..);)

  7. Just a reminder for everyone to fill in program cards and PB board if required after each WOD, this will keep u on track and give yourself a goal to aim for each session,(VERY IMPORTANT!!)

    Check out the monthly PB’s we are updating them consistently, great to see huge improvements in everyone so far.

    I need your own personal tees and singlets by this Wednesday night if u would like them ASAP. The next batch which will be printed in the next week or so. If not we will be making our own order of stock to sell at the box.

    Okies, 3 days so far, so seem to be keeping it on track, I’ll hopefully get another one tomorrow and then day after that I take off to Seattle that can be rest day ha ha.

        • I showed millz and told her u put it up for her she said Ohh she’s so cute, I will have to say Thankyou. Lol… Then she asked where your puppy dogs were. I would of cracked up today mick was showing us how to do the farmer carries and we were all trying it out and milly had a strange look on her face, and I asked her what’s up??? She replies I don’t like your friends they are all weirdos hahahahahaha.
