  2. The 4551 Team didn’t finish this WOD as there was a 30min cut off but we got to 167 OHS. Good luck!

  3. Got the flu still guys, I will hopefully be in friday night or saturday morning with Vibeke ….. also need to get a splitter surgically removed from my hand, so maybe sub when I get in. hate to be accused if cherry picking this one, it looks like fun!

  6. thanks for my team for having me as there weakest link….I did try my best and to get away with alot (LOL)….Have very sore knee’s from skipping but was happy with what I got out as I have never done double unders!!!

  7. How much does 4551 dominate in that video!! Right from the start with Cherise’s singlet you guys were rockin, that was awesome!! 🙂

  8. Hey guys I just did a WoD at Swartz gym in Melbourne.

    Back squat 60,80,100,100,100 with 10 strict pull ups in between
    Squats (I struggled to do all ten after 2nd round)

    Then the WOD was
    5 Rds
    10 Hang power cleans 40kg
    20 wall ball 10kg

    12.30 for me

    Absolutely knackered. Thighs are still killing from 400m lunges

  9. 5 k run 23.40 pb, and one of my challenge goals 5k run under 24 mins ;). that leaves one hand stand push up and two muscle ups !
